Engagement Partners

Norwescap helps people across New Jersey – primarily in Warren, Sussex, Hunterdon, Somerset, and Morris counties – with dozens of programs and resources. When you need assistance, sometimes it can be difficult to know where to start or what to do next. We’re here to help!

Our Engagement Partners work with individuals and families to set goals, understand obstacles, and help them connect to the programs and resources that are right for them. This comprehensive approach helps people move from addressing immediate needs, to setting long-term strategies that will help them achieve the goals they set for themselves and their families.

To set up a phone meeting with a Norwescap Engagement Partner, book an appointment here.  You can request an appointment time convenient to your schedule, in as little as 24 hours.

What to Expect:

During your first phone appointment with an Engagement Partner, they will work with you to understand your current needs and opportunities for growth. The conversation will include questions about your income, housing, family structure, health, and other topics so we can learn more about how our programs can support you. You’ll discuss your primary goals and be connected to any resources that might be available to you. The Engagement Partner will follow up with you several times in the following weeks to make sure you were able to access the services provided and are always available in the future if you need to connect with them again.

All services are free and available to anyone living in Hunterdon, Morris, Somerset, Sussex or Warren counties in New Jersey.
