Pathways 2 Prosperity
Norwescap’s Pathways 2 Prosperity program, based in Newton, NJ, helps adults (called Path Leaders) design their own pathway to sustainable self-reliance and resiliency. This peer-supported program has helped participants secure/improve employment, stabilize housing, graduate training/college programs, secure transportation, reduce debt, and increase savings, while also building self-confidence and tools for continued growth.
Key elements of Pathways 2 Prosperity are:
- Weekly meetings that provide dinner, educational experiences, and the opportunity to create your plan for success
- Transportation, gas cards, pop up grocery markets, and incentives for participating
- Community support from other Path Leaders and volunteers as you work towards achieving your goals and creating the life you want to live
- Opportunity to engage your children in Compadres (link to page), a fun and educational youth/children’s program available to all Pathways families
