Career and Life Transitions Center
Norwescap’s Career & Life Transitions Center (CLTC) helps women across northwestern New Jersey gain personal and economic self-sufficiency to reach their full potential through education, training, job readiness, community referrals, and supportive services. Participants are matched with a Norwescap team member who partners with them to identify their personal goals and access resources to achieve those goals. We are a trauma-informed care center for women seeking employment. If you are underemployed, unemployed, stuck in a job and want to become promotion ready, our team is here to guide you toward your goals and support your journey.
Services include:
- Career Coaching
- Computer Literacy Training
- Job Readiness Skills Development
- Workshops on personal empowerment, self-care, and professional skills
- Resume and Cover Letter Writing
- Job Search Skills
- Scholarships and support for continuing education
All services are confidential and free of charge.
