Norwescap supports income-eligible residents in Hunterdon, Middlesex, Somerset, Sussex, and Warren Counties with a comprehensive range of energy solutions. Through programs like LIHEAP and USF, we offer vital utility bill assistance to help families stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer. In addition, we provide access to our Solar Farm Plots program—an affordable way to reduce electric costs using clean, renewable energy. Our services also include weatherization, lead remediation, and other in-home energy upgrades designed to improve efficiency, safety, and long-term cost savings.

Norwescap is making it easier than ever to apply for help with your energy bills. In addition to traditional application options, we now offer convenient tools and in-person support to guide you through the process.
What We Offer
Assistance includes help paying utility bills (electric, gas, oil), emergency heating funding, summer cooling help, weatherization, lead remediation, and other in-home efficiency services.
Who’s Eligible
Residents in Hunterdon, Middlesex, Somerset, Sussex, and Warren Counties who meet NJ income eligibility and submit a complete application with required documentation. Incomplete applications aren’t processed until all documents are received.
