Energy Assistance
Energy Services assists eligible individuals and families in Hunterdon, Somerset, Sussex and Warren Counties with their heating and cooling costs to reduce energy burden. Our program can assist with paying utility bills, as well as providing weatherization, lead remediation, and other in-home services to make homes safer and more energy-efficient.
How to Apply
To be eligible for LIHEAP through Norwescap, individuals must be residents of Hunterdon, Somerset, Sussex and Warren Counties and must meet the income guidelines and submit a complete application with documents. Any applications submitted with missing required documents are not considered complete and will not be processed until all the required documentation is submitted. Any applications needing additional documentation will be notified by email or mail.
