Sussex County Diaper Bank

Our Diaper Pantry and Caring Closet, located in Newton, NJ supports families by providing diapers, wipes, and children’s clothing to Sussex County families in need. We collect diapers and wipes from community donations and drives and use financial donations to ensure our pantry is well-stocked. Diapers are expensive – often more than $150 per month per baby – and cannot be purchased using NJ SNAP benefits.

We also collect new and gently used donated clothing items, which we clean and display to create a boutique-style ‘shopping’ experience for families, free of charge. In addition to basic clothing essentials, we provide children with gear for cold weather – coats, hats, gloves, and scarves – when able.

Support Us!

Norwescap relies on our community for support and donations to keep our Diaper Pantry and Caring Closet well-stocked. Caring citizens, schools, churches, organizations, or companies can help by hosting a diaper drive or a “Dollars for Diapers” fundraiser, or a donation drive for children’s clothing items. Whether you choose to host a large, small, one-time, annual, or ongoing drive—you are making a difference for our families!

Our goal is to make it easy for you to host a drive. We can provide brochures, posters, flyers, and even church bulletin inserts. We have plenty of ideas to help you host a successful drive – please get in touch with us!
