Christine Coffey
Christine Coffey is an experienced nonprofit leader with a passion for engaging communities through volunteerism, philanthropy, and impactful storytelling. As Chief Development Officer at Norwescap, Christine leads the organization’s development, communications, and marketing strategy, enhancing visibility, strengthening donor relationships, and driving support for Norwescap’s mission across its five county service region.
Her career spans nearly two decades of leadership roles with organizations including New York Cares, the National Psoriasis Foundation, Hunterdon County YMCA, and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Christine specializes in individual giving, corporate engagement, grant writing, fundraising events, and relationship management.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from George Mason University and remains committed to building strong, inclusive communities through collaborative and mission-driven work.
