Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assessing/planning and developing/ implementing a service delivery plan for identified individual/children/families/fathers that will address the social/emotional, physical health, social service, education, literacy, child care, and parent involvement needs of the individual/children/family/father.
  • Carries out Engagement Partner responsibilities and duties. Facilitates supportive parent discussion groups. Creates and implements special projects. Relationship building is a must with both our families and our collaborating community partners.
  • Must be Bi-lingual  (able to read, write & speak Spanish).


Minimum Education Level:

  • Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Services or related field preferred.


3 years working with culturally diverse families.

  • Detail Oriented


  • Computer literate
  • Driver’s License required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour
