This is a free family event that Norwescap CFRS has been putting on for many years. There will be free food and activities for children to enjoy including a hot air balloon by Unity Bank, Homespun merry-go-round, bounce house and more! Frolic in the Park is an opportunity to bring families together and connect them with community resources. Many businesses and resource agencies from the community will be in attendance to empower families and make connections among neighbors.

AmeriCorps members with Norwescap will be assisting Todd Tersigni, the Mayor of Phillipsburg place roughly 500 flags for their annual 9/11 ceremony. No registration needed. This wonderful event is open to the public!
