Join Norwescap and Hackettstown Medical Center at the Lord’s Pantry for an engaging health series!
During this series, you will:
- Learn how to read food labels
- Create nutritious meals on a budget
- Discover heart-healthy cooking techniques
- Understand various types of carbohydrates
- Participate in a panel discussion with local healthcare and social service providers
At the conclusion of each class, every participant will receive a Nourish + Thrive kit with ingredients and a recipe card, along with access to a recorded cooking demonstration led by a community member.
