Your gift helps fill hundreds of backpacks with healthy snacks and small meals for children facing food insecurity throughout our communities.
Each week throughout the school year, Norwescap delivers hundreds of backpacks to partner schools throughout three NJ counties. The backpacks, filled with kid-friendly, healthy snacks and easy-to-prepare small meals, are discreetly given out by school staff to children who little extra help keeping their bellies full during weekends and school breaks.
With your support, we can reach even more families who are struggling this year.

Donor Advised Fund(DAF)
Opening a Donor Advised Fund (DAF) allows you to set aside charitable dollars to donate later, while maximizing your tax deduction now.
Already have a DAF? This is a great time to use the funds you’ve already set aside to support the work of your favorite nonprofit!
IRA Donation
If you are 70 ½ or older and you have an IRA, you can donate up to $100,000 to a 501(c)(3) public charity through a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD), which is not taxable and which will reduce the taxable income remaining in your IRA.
Stock Donation

Norwescap works tirelessly to support our community members through our broad portfolio of programs. We provide support to more than 30,000 individuals each year, but our commitment goes much deeper than simply delivering services.
