In this training, participants will learn about the Quality Rating Improvement System in New Jersey, Grow NJ Kids. They will learn about the foundations of the program and the benefits of joining. They will also learn about how the Environment Rating Scales are utilized to measure program quality. This training is ideal for staff of participating Grow NJ Kids programs.
