Join us for a 30-minute Presentation with Katie Stewart, Health educator for the Warren County Health Department, offering expert knowledge on the topic of stress & anxiety and how to cope with it especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Having been an educator for many years, Katie has been a health educator with the health department for over five years and worked previously as a breast health educator as well as a project manager for nursing research at a prominent cancer center. She is passionate about health education and believes and advocates that our physical health is intricately tied to our mental, emotional, social and spiritual well-being.
