Catholic Charities, Diocese of Paterson runs the Community Emergency Support (CES) program in Morris County, which assists families with preventing potential homelessness or transitioning from a state of homelessness. The program provides short term financial assistance for individuals and families at imminent risk of homeless with limited or no other resources available; linkage to basic essential services like food and clothing from our Hope House Choice Pantry. The HPRP II program can provide three months of back rent or a security deposit and first month’s rent towards a new apartment.
