Join our Mission!

Norwescap impacts thousands of lives throughout Northwestern New Jersey – and you are a vital partner in our work!

In addition to making a financial contribution, there are many ways to be part of our mission to transform poverty into opportunity.

Please reach out to Heather Thompson, Chief Development Officer, at 908-454-7000 or thompsonh@norwescap.org for more information on any of these opportunities.

Join an Advisory Board

Norwescap is seeking members for our newly-formed Financial Advisory Board as we work towards launching Financial Empowerment Centers in Warren, Sussex, Hunterdon, Somerset, and Morris Counties. This Board will help to shape practices and programming for the Centers, which will serve as one-stop shops providing banking resources, financial literacy tools, employment assistance, and case management.

We are also seeking Advisory Board members for our Career & Life Transitions Center, which helps individuals gain personal and economic self-sufficiency through education, training, job readiness, community referrals, and supportive services.
