Norwescap Child and Family Resources is seeking the following grant funded position: Shared Services Coordinator for the United in Care project. United In Care is a dynamic, unique new way of providing child care and early childhood education in a post-pandemic world by utilizing and leveraging the strengths of both center-based quality early learning and registered family child care providers.
The Shared Services Coordinator (SSC) will lead team efforts in building a shared-service network model and sustainable ecosystem of: family care providers, child care centers and agencies, resource & referral agencies, and ALICE families that deliver high-quality, affordable care to children from birth through age 13 while improving the economic resiliency of this sector.
The SSC will lead Norwescap CFRS’ efforts in the following: Identify, recruit, train, orient, and onboard new Family Child Care Providers (FCCP)s. Provide quality improvement to the Hubs and indirectly to the FCCPs. The SSC will support and participate in efforts to recruit, screen and support Registered FCCP and support the local United in Care network.

Weekly Hours: 25
Number of Weeks per Year: 52
Rate of Pay: $20 – $22
Required Level of Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or related field, or an Associate’s Degree in human services and experience in the field of human services, child care services, child development, education, nursing, or social work.
