Job Duties include:
· Develop and facilitate comprehensive workshops, forums, and educational sessions and distribute outreach materials in English and Spanish on Worker Rights, including Temporary Disability (TDI), Family Leave Insurance (FLI), Unemployment Insurance Funding (UI), and Earned Sick Leave (ESL);
· Lead cross-departmental and programmatic coordination of scheduling and implementing workshops, forums, and events for Norwescap participants and staff across a five-county service area.
· Develop a system for accurate tracking of programmatic data, including the number of individuals reached through outreach and educational sessions, and document in appropriate internal and external databases.
· Monitor program expenses to ensure budget compliance and spending optimization.
· Complete monthly financial reports and quarterly program reports, as required by the funder, by mandated deadlines.
· Act as primary contact with grantor (New Jersey Department of Labor) regarding ongoing contractual updates, training opportunities, and continued funding.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/High School Equivalency preferred (combination of relevant education and experience will be considered)
- Fluency in verbal and written Spanish required
- 1-2 years experience in project or program coordination or management strongly preferred
- Experience with virtual and in-person facilitation with audiences of varying sizes preferred
- Demonstrated experience with data management and reporting preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be able to provide own reliable mode of transportation in the field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications required
