Overview
The Director, Pathways 2 Prosperity (P2P) leads comprehensive programming aimed at empowering individuals to achieve personal and economic self-reliance through career coaching, education, community resources, and peer-to-peer support. The Director oversees the Pathways 2 Prosperity program, along with related initiatives (Compadres and DegreeUP), ensuring a holistic approach to workforce development, financial capacity building, and personal empowerment for underserved communities in Northwestern New Jersey. This role involves managing program operations, overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, and fostering collaborations to expand opportunities for participants.

Responsibilities
· Achieve all programmatic objectives and deliverables in full compliance with identified metrics, associated grants, funding mandates, and regulatory requirements;

· Lead program design and implementation, including curriculum development and facilitation;

· Serve as the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders, local community organizations, and appropriate funders, attending meetings and events as required to maintain strong partnerships;

· Develop a system for accurate tracking and timely documentation of programmatic data relevant internal and external databases and reports;

· Create annual budgets and monitor program expenses to ensure budget compliance and spending optimization;

· Lead initiatives to identify and secure new sources of funding through grants and partnerships to support program expansion and sustainability.

· Supervise, coach, and develop a team to provide quality service through outcome-driven programming, including collaboration with Senior Director on hiring, firing, and performance management;

· Cultivate a collaborative and results-oriented team and program culture;

· Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate and enhance service delivery;

· Remain current on all Norwescap policies and change initiatives, and participate in trainings and development opportunities as required and/or available;

· Represent P2P and Norwescap internally and externally.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Education, Public Administration, Nonprofit Leadership, or a related field preferred; Master’s Degree preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered

· 3-5 years relevant experience in program management, compliance, and reporting; experience in community based- education, and/or workforce development programs strongly preferred

· Demonstrated success in leading and developing staff

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications required

· Fluency in verbal and written Spanish preferred

· Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
