Currently Hiring 3 Positions:

Financial Coach: Will meet with each participant for a 90 minute one-on-one coaching session. During this session the Coach will complete and initial assessment of the individual’s financial status and work with them on budgeting, savings and credit building. The Financial Coach will also conduct a 30 minute follow up session with each participant once a month for 5 months or until the pervious identified goal is identified and connections are made towards success.

Employment Coach: Will meet with each interested participant for a 90 minute one-on-one coaching session. During this session the Coach will help the participant assess their current employment situation, identify employment goals, and help develop a plan to achieve these goals. This may include resume development, computer skills training, basic education courses, or other job readiness and/ or workshops. The Employment Coach will also conduct a 30 minute follow up session with each participant once a month for 5 months or until the previous goal is identified or progress is shown.

Engagement Partner: Will who provides holistic support to the individuals and families in the communities we serve; partnering with them to assist in reaching their personal goals that will move them closer to a thriving state. Engagement Partners are responsible for connecting with individuals, assessing their needs, linking them to needed services, documenting the contacts, and providing follow-up. This role is crucial in our work to provide excellent customer service and ensure that every person is connected to every service that can assist them.
