Norwescap’s Heating and Energy Services assists eligible individuals and families in Hunterdon, Somerset, Sussex and Warren Counties with their heating and cooling costs to reduce energy burden. Our program can assist with paying utility bills, as well as providing weatherization, lead remediation, and other in-home services to make homes safer and more energy-efficient.

Who is Eligible?
Norwescap offers energy services in New Jersey through a number of federal and state-funded programs, including:
- Home Energy Assistance (HEA & LIHEAP)
- Universal Service Fund (USF)
- Weatherization Assistance (WAP)
- Lead-Safe Home Remediation Pilot Program
- Winter Termination Program
