Healing Through Action: H3AL Network
Highlighting Equality & Equity through Education, Advocacy, and Love, better known as H3AL, is a community coalition and innovative partnership that brings together Norwescap and the H3AL Network as well as community leaders, faith leaders, and stakeholders to dismantle racism in Sussex County and beyond. By bringing together faith leaders, advocates, and stakeholders, H3AL works to create lasting, meaningful change.

Systemic racism has left deep scars, impacting generations of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color) individuals. Healing begins with listening and amplifying lived experiences, fostering understanding, and taking action to confront injustice. But healing isn’t just about education and advocacy, it’s about connection and community.
H3AL exists to drive real progress and we believe that happens not only through learning but through shared experiences that remind us of our common humanity. That’s why we create vibrant community events that bring people together across racial, cultural, and social divides. Through open conversations, educational initiatives, and community engagement, we aim to transform awareness into action.
