Shared Services: Information Session

At its core, shared services aims to identify resources groups of people have in common and then figure out how this can result in shared time- and cost-savings.
What this looks like:
Providers may realize they are using the same vendor for their outdoor maintenance needs. As an alliance, we could approach the vendor and ask if an alliance discount may be available.
Providers may realize, that as a group, they have a shared professional development need like marketing assistance. As an alliance, we work together to identify a resource that could provide this support.
