Q. In what counties does NORWESCAP offer services in?
  NORWESCAP offers services in the counties of: Hunterdon, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex and Warren Counties.

Q. What should I do if I received services that I was not happy with?

Q. How do I find out about jobs that may be available at NORWESCAP?
  NORWESCAP is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We have 230 positions within the agency. To determine if there is an available position that you wish to apply for simply click on the Employment Opportunities link.

Q. How do I know if I am eligible for services?
  NORWESCAP has 15 departments that operate over 30 different services. Each program has different eligibility criteria. You should contact the individual program that you are interested in applying for services, or simply call NORWESCAP’s First Call for Help for additional eligibility criteria, toll free by dialing: 1-877-661-HELP.

Q. What are NORWESCAP’s hours?
  General office hours for the agency are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m., but please contact the location that you are interested in as many of the programs offer extended hours.

Q. Do you have any statistics on poverty issues in my area?
